The Termikel - Group – a success story The headstone of the Turkish Termikel – Group was laid in 1957 in Ankara by Mehmet Kaya. At that time the first production plant was put into operation to manufacturing pressure cooker. Up to date a Multi group with presently more than 25 companies – from manufacturing the latest built-in kitchen appliances over electro technology, contracting business to TV-sender and marketing company have developed from it. Termikel employs worldwide over 1,800 employees and achieved in order that a group turnover of over than 200 million US-Dollars. For this reason Termikel – group is being among to the biggest family carried on company in Turkey. Since 1973 the group produces kitchen appliances. At a production area with more than 80 thousand m² in Ankaraand Yozgat quality products are manufactured for different markets like Asia and Europe. The appliances are produced under the label Termikel. The range of products includes built-in cookers and built-in ovens, glass-ceramics stove tops, gas stove tops, extractor hoods, grill ovens, climate control units and small appliances. Termikel produces floor-mounted heater especially for the Middle East and Asia. The subsidiary company Elektromed, Ankara has for the Termikel – group a high position. Elektromed stands for an ultra-modern laboratory, which develops and produces electronics elements and software-solutions for the different application area in the range of energy billing procedure and energy meter system. The international certified billing meter for gas, water and current is already today among to the latest worldwide.  Termikel - group produces and distributes with the label BRUNO ALBERO top quality furniture in a 10,000 m² factory in Ankara. The international design of the BRUNO ALERO collection is presented in showrooms in all big cities of Turkey. The Bruno Albero collection is presented in Germany by the company Elite International GmbH in Hamm/North Rhine-Westphalia. This first German subsidiary company of Termikel – group was established in 2002. After purchasing 20 thousand qm industrial real estate and property Elite International GmbH is planning to market energy meter. The specialty of the meters is the using of the prepaid – method. These products will be brought to market Europe-wide – thus Elite International GmbH is the bridging for Termikel – group to Europe. One further milestone presents the establishing of Termikel – Deutschland GmbH, early 2006 on the same place in Hamm/North Rhine-Westphalia. Termikel Deutschland GmbH develops and markets nationwide a high-quality built-in appliances-full range which is adapted to the European specialised trade. The maxim of the new company is found in the company logo: „Quality makes the difference“. The new label stands for noble design in high quality for the optimal price-performance ratio. Improvement of the customer service and delivery reliability is the important advantages for precise orientation on the specialised trade. The innovative ability of Termikel – group can also be shown on a further example: Kanal A. Since 1997 Termikel - Group practises in Turkey an own sender and provides for family compatible entertainment and information. Now Canal A is a fast expending private sender in Turkey and is planning at the moment co-projects with international famous TV-companies. One further sector of the Termikel – group is the civil engineering in Turkey. In addition to the house building Termikel - Group is dealing mainly with big infrastructure projects like tunnel constructions and arterial roads. The family Kaya from Ankara is committed to all those. By handover the management to the sons of the founder, Ahmet and Mustafa Kaya the Termikel – group was expanded international according to the basic principle of the founder Mehmet Kaya.
